Smooth, Low-Acid Coffee with a Clean, Bright Flavor
White Coffee is roasted ultra-light — far below standard roast temperatures — producing a pale, golden bean. The result: higher caffeine, significantly lower acidity, and a flavor profile that's nothing like a traditional roast.
What Makes White Coffee Different?
- Higher Caffeine — The lighter roast retains more natural caffeine for clean, sustained energy without the crash.
- Low Acidity — Easier on sensitive stomachs and ideal for anyone who finds regular coffee harsh or acidic.
- Unique Flavor — Nutty, lightly sweet, with subtle caramel and a smooth, clean finish. Less bitter than any dark or medium roast.
- Pale, Light-Bodied Cup — Think tea-like clarity with a refreshing, almost delicate character.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Toasted nut, light floral, hint of citrus.
- Taste: Caramel sweetness, almond, soft berry, mild chocolate.
- Finish: Clean, sweet, no harshness.
Health Benefits
- Gentler on Digestion — Lower acidity, easier on the stomach.
- More Caffeine, Less Jitter — Higher natural caffeine with a smoother delivery.
- Antioxidant-Rich — Minimal roasting preserves more of the bean's natural compounds.
How to Brew
Use slightly cooler water (195–200°F) and a medium-fine grind. White Coffee is denser than standard beans, so grind slightly finer than you would a light roast.
- Pour-Over or Drip: Best for highlighting the floral and citrus notes.
- Espresso: Sweet, nutty shot — great for lattes and cappuccinos.
- French Press or Cold Brew: Fuller body with more caramel and chocolate character.
Recommended Ratio: 1:16 coffee-to-water for a balanced cup.
