Colombia Buesaco Alianza de Granjeros, Medium Roast

Dark caramel, spiced raisin, baked apple and cinnamon. A washed Colombian medium roast from Buesaco that tastes a lot like dessert.

It comes from the Alianza de Granjeros cooperative in the Buesaco region. There's a bright, crisp finish, a bit like green apple, that keeps all that sweetness from getting heavy.
