This is a good pick if you like a cup with some weight to it. It really shines in a pour-over or a French press.

How to brew it

Pour-over or French press, 200°F water and a medium-coarse grind.

Roasted in small batches by our family-run roasting partner in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We roast every Monday or Tuesday and ship within 24 hours of roasting, so your bag is as fresh as it gets.
