Eclipse Dark Roast Blend

Eclipse is our darkest roast and the newest coffee in the lineup, a dark roast blend with notes of dark caramel, chocolate and brown sugar.

It's bold and sweet without the burnt, bitter taste some dark roasts have. It stands up to milk and cream, so if you like a latte or take your coffee with a splash, this is the one.

How to brew it

Great as espresso, French press or drip. Use 195 to 200°F water and set your grind for your brewer.

Roasted in small batches by our family-run roasting partner in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We roast every Monday or Tuesday and ship within 24 hours of roasting, so your bag is as fresh as it gets.
